Puppy Linux A Christian Version

Hi all i am in the process of creating a great christian operating system, baised on Puppy Linux.

i want to find any  infomation on what christian applications are around. what is good etc that i may be able to include

Hi, I am a third year student studying Computer Science at university and I am interested in making a difference for Christians through the effective use of my IT skills.  I am interested in seeing what is out there in terms of organised support and research into the needs of Christian Organisations, both missionary and non-missionary.

 

was wondering if it is possible to download from the source ftp and configure manually. I only have a dial up connection and 700 mb is too long. All I need is the base command line and tool chain with x and a desktop GUI. An example configure script could also be helpful. thanks in advance

Hello, I was suggested this by a friend who loves the Ichthux system. I'd like to use it, but I have never used anything but windows before. I'm not a noob, I do know some coding/programming, and I could partition my windows...but well, what would you guys suggest? Thanks so much, ~Jenka

Hi. I am looking for someone who might be interested in helping me get to know ICHTHUX and linux a bit better. I am fairly new to linux, but would love to learn more. As well, I am trying to install a program, but it says it requires QT4.2. What is that and where would I find it? Thanks, Scott

I was try in to access the site the last couple of days, kept getting 400 errors, nice to see it back up again.

I saw this today on the RaptureReady forum, been passing it around to a few other forums I visit or moderate as well..... http://www.opendns.com I implemented it today on my router and saw a significant increase in speed browsing web pages. Where you reside may matter, so if you want give it a try. Its available for all operating systems.
